Wendie plan day 1:
No biggie because it ended up being the same points I was allowed before. Today I get a bit more. We will have to see what I choose to do with them.
Yesterday, I stayed in my points I ate all my veggies and fruits, of course I drank all my water.
I even had a chance to play a little badminton last night. enough to break a little sweat.
I am thrilled it's Friday, I have been in a rotten mood all week. I even just started to cry out of the blue a couple of times. The weather here has been raining, gray, chilly for over a week straight. So I am sure this does not help my mood. I have a couple other things on my mind.
I am the sort of person who will bottles stuff in for a long time and then either it blows or I just become an emotional wreck.
I hope you all have a great weekend, I am hoping to just cope well on Wendie!

Good luck with the wendy plan I bet it will be just what you need to shake things up.
I've been kinda/sorta doing the Wendie plan...my way with the point range that works for me (lower) I'm finally losing weight this way.
I'm averaging over a pound a week which for me at my age seems to be great :0)
I hope you find sucess with it because it's a bitch to not see the scale move down!
I thought you had changed your name when I looked at my blog list this morning! LOL!
