I have the day off today. It's probably one of the last ones for a while. Our busiest time at work is back to school. All the doctors are back at work after this week so it could get hectic.
I am so ashamed of my actions this week. I don't think I stayed OP one day. Ya TOM was around but no excuses. I feel like a whale. I will get back on it's just summer seemed really hard this year. I guess it's part of the journey. We all hit a snag.
I am tired all the time and just can't seem to put my ass in drive and do exercise.
Eating was a complete bust this week for no reason just felt like eating more then I was allowed to.
I am getting really excited and nervous...On Saturday, I head out of town (again to Halifax!) to see Keith Urban in concert.
It's an all day outdoor concert. I don't do well with crowds...WOW what did I get myself into??! LOL
I hope the weather cooperates. Do any of you have concert survival tips????
I know eating will be totally out of control Saturday so I am keeping my SHD on that day.
I need to get ready I have somewhere to go. I will stay OP today.

Sorry been away from the computer so I'm going to comment on a few of your posts:
1. Sometimes our eating gets messed up but being aware and correcting it is the KEY!
2. I know what you mean about summer being short--I can't believe it's over but the upside is that I love Fall:)
3. Enjoy the Keith Urban concert--I love him and as for tips, try to drink enough water and not get dehydrated--that's when I get the munchies!
I know this sounds dorky but take you one of those poncho things in your purse just in case. YOou will have a MUCH better time if it does rain and you have that at least.
