Pre-WI post

I am doing really well on this Wendie plan!
I am proud I think I just needed to go back to the basics. I actually used my food journal got all my fruits, vegs, and H2O in all week.

OK, so I am still slacking in the exercise department. That's OK, I will try my hardest to do at least 3 times a week.

Today I go get my hair cut and then head into work. I will try to stay after work to do some treadmill.

I took a sneak peek at my scale, it's way down. Now I am not getting excited because as WE ALL know it could change in the blink of an eye.
Here's to hoping tomorrow I will have excellent news to report.
