Monday sucks

Not much to report on.

This weekend was alright, I was invited to go to a Pampered Chef party.... Pretty much like a Tupperware party but with kitchenware.
Stuff is a little pricey but I guess it's good quality.
I bought a kitchen gadget that I will show you once I get.

Overall did sort of bad eating. I had close to no appetite and that meant I hardly hate but what I did eat was not good.

New week, I will do better.

sleepy Thursday

Back to work this morning... and I have no desire. All I want to do is crawl back into bed.

I started bringing the dog to "doggie daycare" to try to ease some of his anxiety.... yesterday was his first day and seem to adjust well for a old fart.
Although this morning he seems not right. I won't bring him today to ease the stress.
On another dog related note... he is overweight... He loves to eat.
Since November I have him on a strict diet and since Sadie is gone he gets no leftovers from her bowl.... he has lost 10lbs!!! YAY him!

As for me well I don't step on the scale much would rather not see the number. I am doing better food wise. Just need to kick it into high gear.

Well I better be going arriving late after being off a whole week might piss people off.

Boring update

My week off is almost over....

I ran around, stressed to the max but overall got stuff done.

I have been eating ok.

These were my snacks most days of the week...

So last weekend I went to Halifax, NS with my best friend and her son... we went to the science centre and to the imax theater to watch Alice in wonderland.

So yesterday was my big 30th birthday.... I had the day off that's about the best part of my day.

I woke up, read the newspaper and there it was... this announcement with my picture. I will spare you all the ugly pic my mom chose...(and yes that's my dog's name although I doubt he pitched in money)

I hate that kind of attention....but none the less it was thoughtful of her.

Brought Buddy to get his bath and a haircut.
Came home was not feeling that great so I went to bed.

My mom came to give me a ice cream cake....blew out the candles ate a piece.
Fast forward a couple of hours I had been bitten by the ultimate STOMACH FLU.... YUCK!
I was up all night. I can honestly say I don't remember ever being that sick.

Since 6AM this morning I have kept water down, which is an improvement but I am achy and feel like I've been run over many times by army tanks.

So needless to say it was not a great birthday weekend.

Oh well hopefully feel better tomorrow.

Not much to report on...

Today is my last day in my twenties :(
I am very sad about this.

I am swamped at work but I have tomorrow off then only work three days next week, off for a whole week after that.
I will survive.

I might try Zumba tonight, I finally found someone to go with and a place I would like to try.
Although right now we are getting pounded by snow and freezing rain, so we will play it by ear for tonight.
