Boring update

My week off is almost over....

I ran around, stressed to the max but overall got stuff done.

I have been eating ok.

These were my snacks most days of the week...

So last weekend I went to Halifax, NS with my best friend and her son... we went to the science centre and to the imax theater to watch Alice in wonderland.

They had a food guide that you had to put the food blocks in the correct food group... I did not do it but I took a pic.
