New goal

I made it to the gym today. I only did 30 mins of dreadmill... but I went.

It's hard to get back into it after taking some days doing nothing.

Perhaps I am one of those people who need to go every day to get in the habit of things. HAHAHA!! Who am I kidding I would never make it every day.

I am setting a goal for myself. From today to next Sunday I will go 5 times to the gym.
1 down 4 to go. I can do this. I have made it 3 times for two weeks in a row what is an extra 2 days.

"Dreadmill" I love that!

Another that has helped me along is not eating after a certain time. I wake up ready to take on anything that comes my way.

The "dreadmill" literally made Diet Mountain Dew spurt out my nose ... and since it was a fresh can that hadn't gone flat yet (which often it does by the time I get around to drinking it), I'm feeling the burn!!! Thanks for that! LOL!

Not to be one of those annoying chipper people, but

is there any exercise you enjoy? Have you tried signing up for any classes?

I was starting to dread my elliptical, and now that I have my new trampoline I don't detest it as much.
