Just a quick update.
My dad's procedure is done and he is doing extremely well.
He might even be transferred back to our hospital if they have a bed ready for him.
I decided to stay here tonight anyways because I had already paid for 2 nights. I will take this time for some R&R.
Food wise I am doing really well except I am not eating as much as I am suppose to . I sometimes skip snacks, then get too hungry.
I used the treadmill here today for 30 mins better then nothing.
I will be going shopping tonight or tomorrow. Wish me bargains!! LOL
