I make mistakes and regret them just as much as the next person.
For a reason or another today I felt really pissed off.
I did not make it to the gym on Thursday, there was a snow storm.
Friday I had the day off, I played the lazy stay in your pj's all day card. I needed and took full advantage of it. I did make it outside for some quick exercise with the dogs. Nothing more then that...
Today I went to look for some clothes... I found nothing. Actually I found lots but none fit my fat blubber body.
Went and did groceries and came home.
I made supper and two hours later and several packaged snack gone. I decided I needed a salad to stop my hunger... HELLOO!!! Not good when you just wolfed down like 350 calories down in snacks... So frustrating.
Let's examine what I was trying to eliminate while eating... I am hating winter. I hate having no friends that are single and can just go when they want. Without checking with husbands and kids schedule. Maybe I am just jealous.
I should go to the gym right now and finding every excuse not to go... You want to hear them??? I could probably sell a book with every excuse I have used not to exercise.
Tonight's excuse... My work out clothes is being washed and it's not dry yet.
I might go after the dryer is done tumbling my gym pants.
Sorry for the downer. I just had to say I am human and make huge sabotaging moments.

Hey I know exactly where youre coming from. All of my friends have to check in with someone too and it is annoying and I dont think Im jealous at all and I dont think you are either, just frustrated.
So you had a bad day, a bad week, whatever. Dust yourself off and get back up and get your behind out the door and do some walking. Cold outside? Get your butt in your living room and do some walking lunges. You have the internet, Self.com has some workout videos you can do.
Even if you only work out 10 minutes you will feel way better!

I.Hate.Clothes.Shopping. I'm sorry that you seem to have had a shopping trip similar to what mine usually are like.
Yeah, the snacks aren't filling, are they? I keep trying to cut back on buying them, then I see something new in the store and I want to try it. Stupid diet food :p

Don't feel bad about not going out and being single. Even though I am married - Crucifer & I don't have kids and everyone around us does - I am used to going out for nights out with the girls (did it in England alot) and over here in Australia, I feel like an old fart because NO ONE goes out! Why do conversations have to revolve around nappies and breast feeding and what tv show the littlies like? Mind you, there is a time and place for that kinda talk BUT I'd love a girls night out with food, drink and a movie!

Coming from the other side of it, your friends with a husband and kids are probably jealous that you can go out and do what you want when you want. Seriously. It's not all Leave it to Beaver moments, trust me :)
Can you take your dogs out more? It always cheers me up to take my two idiots out for a walk :)

Answer to current excuse...you need to buy another set of workout gear! That would solve the shopping yearn too. :) Don't worry about what you didn't do...just focus on what you can do now.
