I lost 1.6 lbs this week!
Could it be that experts and everyone on earth was right, you need to exercise to loose weight???
After two years of barely doing anything and loosing so much weight I never believed it. Now it gets to a point where you need to burn off some calories in order to loose weight.
I am loving this new exercise motivation . Hopefully it will get me to goal faster.
I had a good day, I got to sleep in a little. My boss accepted I came a little later just for today. I took tonight from the gym just because my dog had an appointment for fur cut.
I had a small piece of desert today at work. We took one square and divided in 3. Trust me it was not that big. I am pretty happy I shared with 2 other co workers.

Thats awesome that youre looking forward to exercising, Im sure youll keep it up, whenever you dont want to, just "get past the moment" and think about how good you feel when youre done :)
