Blah Morning

Once again I need to make a commitment. No more junk. I have used the "it's my birthday week and I will stop eating after that" excuse for too long. I need to get back on track.
I did do 20 minutes of treadmill, 10 minutes of stepper over the week-end.
I want to loose 30 lbs before the end of August. More would be great but I am being realistic.
On a side note I believe I might have broken my pinky toe when I hit the corner of the stepper machine this morning. This could suck!
