I stayed the same on the scale this week, I don't want to make excuses, I just did not try hard enough.
I only went to the gym twice, I was retaining water like a humpback whale, and I went a little over on the week-end.
Now I have a lunch at work that includes Chinese food, I have my staff party tomorrow night.
Next week should be horrible.
I guess I made it close to my mini goal I should not be bummed.
