I feel like crap.
I overate yesterday big time... I went Christmas shopping and only got 2 items. I could not find anything for anyone...Because I skipped out on groceries last week my food bill was so high yesterday. Oh well I hope that means I'm gonna eat good this week and loose weight!
I did not go to the gym, I instead stayed home and finished my Xmas cards and dabbled online.
Not very active at all.
Today I will eat normal and stay within my points, I will drink all my water and I will get some activity in.
