I am the only girl I know who waits till the last minute to start Xmas shopping. I say every year: I'll start early and I'm not getting very much.... BUT once again, I wait till the 21st to start my holiday shopping.
I still need to find something perfect for my mom, and a little something for my grandfather.
This means more shopping in a frenzy.
Today I am going to deliver food boxes to people in need. I have never done volunteering before. It's been on my list of things to do before I die.. I think at 27 yrs old it's time I start giving back to my community. So a co-worker and I are jumping in the car and go to the organization to pick up the food boxes and addresses and go deliver. You do about 2-3 families and you can go back to get more if you want. It's a great place that offers services to people in need all year round.
