It's so freaking cold out here. I hate cold weather, I don't mind snow but -20 is just not acceptable. LOL
So I did really bad food choices over the week-end, I did drink all my water , but I think I'm getting ready for TOM so I'm retaining water. I only went to the gym Sunday, one whole week without going then I finally went and I started feeling crappy so I cut it short. I will go tonight after work.
I don't expect miracles on the scale tomorrow, but that is alright, as long as I'm sticking to it that's all that counts.
