I am officialy a looser and not the biggest looser kind...
I was not able to go to WI Wednesday night, I thought I might be able to swing into another location and step on the scale. I don't think that will happen only because of my schedule.
I don't miss WI often but it upsets me more that I missed it on the first week of BLBE.
I had a couple of fat days this week already... You know the ones where nothing fits right, you have nothing to hide you huge butt/stomach.
I am not letting this stop me from trying to show all of you that I can make it.
I will be extra carefull this week and I will exercise.
OOOH speaking of exercise.
Someone talked to me about Tai Chi anyone ever try this??? I know it's not very cardio but I think it would help with alot of the stress I have.

I get those "fat" days where I freak out and think of sagging skin and panic about having hanging skin everywhere!
Now since I am only 35lbs into my loss.... I think it is too early to be panicking about skin!
Ack, I missed my WI last week...and no other days ended up working!
You will still kick butt this week without seeing the scale.
Tai Chi--heard about it, never tried it...try it and let us know how it is :)
