I am loving having all these nice people say nice comments on my blog.
Thanks!
I don't think I will have a good WI.
I think mother nature has a gift waiting for me tonight or tomorrow. That will not help my WI. Stupid TOM.
I think eating all my flex points is never a good thing for me.
I need to find some exercise I love and stick to it.
I just wish I had people to go with it would be funner.
I had no groceries in the house so today's eating was on target for points but not that nutritional.
I did a big grocery tonight after work, so I will do good all week.
I am getting off this computer and going to do some exercise instead of complaining... LOL

I love exercise now -- but it took declaring independence from any exercise I DIDN'T like (aerobics, yuck!). I also found inspiration in doing a lazy man's triathlon!
If running or walking is your thing Running Room (and most running stores) have free runs/walks every Wed. Plus they offer a lot of clinics (I think they are fairly reasonable) for learning to run, to ones with goals in mind (walk or run a 10k, half marathon...). I think they even have just women's ones. Marie at mousaroo's mumblings and Amy at Amy's Quest to Skinny have both done their clinics so they are definitely people to ask!
Or sign up for a dance class or a boot camp or a kickboxing class or...just too many options to list!
Wow! Your pictures are just amazing! It's very inspiring that you've stuck with this for so long and have lost so much weight.
On the exercise front, I struggle with it every single day. I literally have mental battles about whether I'm going to do it or not. I keep waiting for it to become a habit, like it is for some people. I've been doing this for seven months, working out 5-6 times a week and it's still not a habit. It's still a struggle.
I do find mixing it up a bit helps. I try doing something different every few days, an aerobics class or walking/running outside, anything to get off that damn elliptical machine a few times a week. I actually like strength training, so that's not much of a problem. It's the cardio...ugh!

i can't find a thing to do to exercise. I love it when i'm doing it, its the getting started that is tough.
BUT that will change right now..right?? Right!!
