I hate my scale.
It showed I gained 2.6 lbs.
I have no idea what the heck happened.
Pizza and cookies were on the menu this week... I am thinking there might be more stuff that I am forgetting. No exercise in three months is bound to catch up. Yuck I hate it when I suck.
Well brush off and move on.
The boss gave me a week vacation next week... I have not taken a full week in 3 years. I am so excited.
I don't know what to do with myself.
-a day at the beach
-a day with dude #2
-A road trip day... maybe Halifax
I hope the weather is nice and I hope I can stay away for a whole week of work.

maybe you could start writing it down for abit to see if you're really eating more than you think.

I threw out my junk food, I don't indulge or cheat, AND I tossed out the scales! It takes more than casual effort for me.
Maybe a food journal like fitcetra mentioned... would help you be more accountable?

Actually, 2.3 pound gain after no workouts for 3 months isn't bad, considering it could have been worse.
Your vacation options look good. Road trips cleanse the soul. Maybe use the time--a day--to start up the sweating again? Clean slates are a solid foundation.

I actually think writing down all the food helps me. :) I started to move more this week, some yoga yesterday morning, a nice walk in the evening...I need to get going on the exercise too. Wish we could be exercise buddies- your kinda far away to get together! :(

What ever you do on your vacation - enjoy ! Do something with Dude 2. Dude 2 and you seem to be going great guns, don't worry about the gain, dust your self off and get back to basics. Martine x
I don't write anything down. Just saying.....
You can lose 2.6 (almost) as quickly as you gained it. I'm up 2.0 after my vacation this week.
