Just a little note to say I forgot to mention my official WI this week.
I lost 0.6 lbs. It's better then gaining.
I am feeling much better just sound like an old hag with the deep cough I have going on.
I had so much fun this week, the beginning of the week truly sucked big time, but it turned around. I enjoyed my concert and comedy show. The comedy was so freaking hilarious I think I worked out my abs more there then I do with the crunches I attempt to do.
So next week I am going to focus on me, trying to get to the gym and taking time to do a good grocery to have some yummy food.
I have been so focused on the negative, feeling crappy emotionally and physically it's time to pick myself up and enjoy what I have.
Forecast for the weekend, sun and nice temps. Can't wait!!
I must go... I am blogging at work ( so not suppose to!) I feel all rebel!!
