Started my TOM tonight, feeling pain and going to sit on the couch to watch Grey's.
I need a new goal for the end of summer... not sure if it will be a number of just a goal. I will post it when I know it. Sometimes it's not about the number it's just about how far you have come. WOW a light bulb moment again!
I noticed something tonight while putting away my new shoes, more new shoes...these are in there as well as a pair of flip flops and a pair of strappy sandals I got at the end of the summer last year. On top of the already 20(exaggeration) pairs of sandals and flip flops I already have.
I have always have a shoe thing but I now know I buy them to make me feel better about myself...You know what am going to say right?! It was light bulb madness up in my head.
Instead of buying new clothes that don't necessarily fit the way I want, I can always buy shoes that will fit my feet and feel good about it.
Now that was bag of mixture and deep thoughts. Thanks for sticking with me!!

You're doing great. We all get "stuck" and have to find that "ah ha moment" every once in while that kicks us back into gear. Keep it up - you're gonna get there.
Now take those lightbulbs and do something with them! (that sounds either dirty or weird...or both!)

Glad you had some lightbulb moments - those are always good! I'm curious to hear about your summer goals. Maybe try a new form of exercise, cook new healthy recipes or get more sleep? Hmm- perhaps you can issue a challenge and we can do it with you...
I'm the same way about shoes as you are. I'd admit to the number of pairs I bought in April but people would try and send me to shoppers anonymous or something.
