I'm still here, not doing so good but that's OK.

I still don't have my computer back, but my boss lent me her son's old laptop. I'm thankful but it's not super fast so I limit how much I do on it.

I took today and tomorrow off, just because I wanted to. I woke up this morning with a huge throat ache and a little stuffy. I am probably going to catch a cold that I have avoided all winter long. Sometimes your body yells at you to slow down, relax.

I have not worked out at all....
The food has been pretty bad, I went away for two days for work and did not too bad but lots of sugar.(candy, chocolate)
I am up on the scale but choose to ignore it and work at bringing it down.

My dog is hanging in, she's not eating, but has lots of energy. We go to the vet tonight for a follow up and I will see what they suggest. I don't want her to starve to death but at the same time I don't want to put her to sleep if she is still her happy self.
