Not running away from it this time....Here it is I jumped on the scale and it had gone up in two weeks... not big surprise given I lost track (again)
278.8lbs... Scary!
So I am back on track I have brought my lunch the whole week, so that's a big change from what I had been doing in the last three months.
No exercise still but I am looking at taking zumba classes.
Some of the girls at work want to try it so nothing better then to do it with other people.
Hope everyone had some nice holidays and are back on track :)

You did it - congrats, its so hard to get on the scale after being off it for sometime.
I paced the floor yesterday morning wondering about my gain with being in hospital for 9 days...

Taking your lunch will help tremendously, not to mention save you a lot of money!
I've heard good things about Zumba....one of my friends in the states teaches it.

I keep hearing about zumba, too. Is it dancing-exercise? Going with others should make it enjoyable.
