Tuesday


I am better mentally. Thanks to everyone who can empathize with my weekend downfall.

Last night I got home from work made home made tacos, and literally fell on the couch with no energy.
I had told myself I would head back into the gym but I just could not bring myself to leave the house.

I think I need to switch up my eating plan, I am sick and tired of the same old boring food.
Maybe I need to get the ESBM recipe book I hear so many good things about.

I also need to waddle walk my ass to the gym.

So I don't expect miracles on the scale tomorrow, however I will be happy if I don't gain anything else.

Have you tried looking on Recipezaar.com? They have a lot of different recipes, so you could find something healthy and DIFFERENT. There is also nutritional information, which is really helpful.

ESBM rocks!! i swear to you i never did any kind of inventive cooking until this cookbook feel into my hands!!

at first you find yourself buying weird crap you never thought of..(um..cardimmon seeds? what are those??) and then after a few tries..TADA! you have yummy goodness at hand!

i started a recipe blog..really just started cuz i'm not that good of a cook yet! There's a W.w. Soup and a ESMB Chili on there...easy to make and so yummy..a nice change from CHICKEN !!
