TGIF, that's all I need to say about that.
So last night the evil fat girl inside me won the battle. Just for last night.
I decided to use my flex points on McDonald's supper. I was angry and stressed after work so I did what I am used to... Eating my rotten Ronnie.
You know what I would like to sit here and say it was horrible and it made me feel gross, truth be told it was really good and filled a blank.
Now it's over I need to be extra careful this week not to go over in my points, and I guess I should really try to work out.
Tonight on the agenda, I am gonna catch up with all bloggy friends, I feel like I have been slipping lately.
I might head into Costco, I have not been there since before Christmas. I love Costco, but always walk out with nothing??!
I am also gonna buy ESBM book, I might even look into a new scale.
Have a good Friday!

you know..sometimes you just gotta do it. And if you have the points, and work out abit, it definitely IS worth it..I find if I don't give in to a really bad craving sometimes, i just eat everything else but!
good luck at Costco and I sure hope you get the ESBM cookbook!!
xo
Hey, if you logged the points and it met a craving, then eat it, enjoy it and move on. Eating McDonalds does not make you a bad person. (Eating McDonald's EVERY DAY can make you an unhealthy person though! ha ha). You used the flex points for their purpose. Good for you. Now have a kick butt rest of the week. :)
The exact same thing happened to me last weekend. I had McD's and I loved every bite of it!!
The key is to not let that one "treat" turn into more right??
Glad you enjoyed it :)
it isn't about eating McDonald's - it's about eating McDonald's and making the necessary adjustments to your day to accomodate it and only eating it once in a blue moon. Now, if I have a Big Mac (my fav at McD's) - I enjoy it. It's usually only once or twice a year, but yummm. Sounds like approached it like a pro! Good work!!
That's waht those flex points are for. Yes, earn yourself some wiggle room (activity points) and enjoy a work out!
What is ESBM?
