WI




Seriously bummed!
I worked out hard and still saw no improvement. I will continue to sweat my arse off at the gym, and hopefully next week will be the week I see a nice number on the scale.

Don't be too bummed. I gained the first two weeks after I started going to the gym. Then I serioulsy upped my H2O intake and now the weight is coming off again.

My clothes started to feel looser before the numbers started to go down. Keep up the great work!

I agree with Krista - don't let your emotions be dictated by a stupid number. You had a good week and this week is going to be even better. Keep making healthy choices and look for those clothes to feel looser. You can do it!
