Closing Mouth for 3 days

OK now I am upset... I always take a sneak peak at the scale and yeah I know it can sometimes change by Wednesday.

Well I highly doubt I am loosing 7lbs in 3 days. I have been up two weeks in a row. Last week I totally skipped my WI because the scale was up 6 lbs. I thought I was doing better. The only difference is less exercise and eating all my flex points. Well, I know I did bad but 7lbs????



Any tips on loosing at least 5 lbs from Monday to Wednesday?? Apart from putting duct tape over my mouth.

I am so disappointed. I have come to realized I am where I was all the times I have quit. I go up and down and then just get so upset with myself I stop. I better not this time, I am stronger then that.



So it's Monday and it's raining. Could it be more blah. I hate Mondays and love to stay home when it's raining. Curl up with a good book and snooze all day.Fantasy over.

OFF to work I go.

Ah man. The theme lately seems to be that the scale is a fickle bitch.

You know what you have to do.

Plan you menus and stick to them. Lots of veggies, lots of water. Try to get out for a couple of walks.

You can do it! Use this as motivation!!

Water water water...honestly eat within your points and down the water! It will hopefuly flush everything out of your system.

I've had gains the last 2 weeks in a row (one being 0.6, the other, this past Saturday, being 2.2). I know those don't sound like a lot but I tend to get discouraged easily when I start to gain steadily like that. I can't seem to get out and stay out of the 220s.

I'm drinking my water. I'm eating well. I've had 1 or 2 less-than-ideal days, but I wouldn't think it would be enough to make me gain (or at least not to that extent).

I've gained 10 lbs in 2 weeks before. I feel your pain. Just stick with it! You've come so far!

I have gained the last few weeks too.. but you know sometimes bodies are stupid like that. Just hang in there the important part is dont give up!
