Honestly I can't explain it.... I gained 2.6 lbs.
NO I did not eat horribly.
NO I did not binge or eat take out.
OK so I did not exercise that much.
OK so TOM is around.
BUT come on.. 2.6lbs is a bit much.
OH well I'm taking it and using it for motivation to loose next week.

Don't get discouraged! if you were on plan all week I am sure you will see that gain correct itself next week.
I'm so glad that you are going to turn it into motivation for this week. Keep your chin up, our bodies do crazy things during this journey!
