WOW I'm a looser!
I gained 0.8, I know it's not a huge gain, but I'm not proud.
I seem to have yet to deal with my emotional part of it, that's why I'm looking for a good book.
I think oh I did good last week so what's a couple of extra points at the end of the night... WTF??? Who thinks that way???
I am now in official boot camp mode... I will not add on extra points to any of my days, I will try to do some exercise, I will get all my water in.
I hope to have a really good WI next week considering next WI is on my b-day!

Looking for a book is a good idea. I've been going to bed early the last couple of days and reading...I don't feel the urge to snack if I'm in bed.
Right now I'm reading The Kite Runner...it's really quite good. Usually I read more "fluffy" stuff like the Janet Ovanovich books or the Shopaholic series.
I actually even joined the library yesterday, but didn't have a clue what I was looking for so left empty handed. I'll try again when I finish Kite Runner.

I totally think that way too! Last WW WI, I was down to the lowest weight I've been down to in years, and all of a sudden I'm hungrier than ever. I find myself snacking on extra points all the time. Good to know that I'm not alone in that ;-)
You just gotta take it one day at a time!
