So I had a alright week-end, I did groceries and watched the Oscars. Then I had Monday off, I never have days off so I was very excited. I went shopping and took a big long walk with the dogs.
Today it's back to work :(
I think I overate on the week-end, I tend to let go a little when it's the week-end which is not a good excuse.
I went to the Chapters to try to find a really good "diet" book. I want to find something that will give me a boost to keep going. I looked at Beck diet and You on a diet. I just don't think it will help.
