Thanks!

First of all , thank you to all the nice compliments and encouragements. I have never felt so good about myself!
I still can't believe I have made it this far, I can't wait to hit goal. Maybe that will take a year or more but I can make it!!

Thursday night one of my dogs started acting weird. He ended up vomiting and have some diarrhea all night. His eye swelled shut, he had some lip swelling and he had rashy red spots in certain areas of his body.
It was a long night I did not get much sleep. So first thing Friday morning I drove him to the vet.
He had to stay all day for observation, they think he had a really bad allergic reaction to something.
I took him home last night, he did OK. I had to continue giving him Benadryl so he slept most of the evening. He was starving and I could only give him tablespoons of food at a time.. Could you imagine if we ate that way?? LOL

He's back to normal today, he'll be eating a little more (still not full portions) I hope he'll do OK today.

He has such an appetite I feel for him because it's like he's on the worlds strictest diet! Poor dog.

My eating went down the drain yesterday, I did not have time for breakfast, I got to work and it was busy all day. So no snacking, I ate half my lunch I did not feel like eating what I had.
I did not get all my water, I was not able to stay and do some treadmill because I needed to pick up Buddy from the vet.
I will do some exercise tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday. Hopefully that will be OK.
