I need rehab for my eating habits and exercise motivation!
I can't seem to get back on track since the holidays, I was doing really good until yesterday. I overate at night. I did better today.
My exercise is non existence.
So I need to lock myself in a room until I come to my senses.
I don't imagine there will be amazing results on the scale this week.
I promise I will get more positive as soon as I can get out of my self-pity party.

I hear ya sister. Everyday I start out with fabulous intentions, and every day I have some excuse.
I did it today though!! So I challenge you do match me tomorrow! Stay OP, get some sort of exercise (even just a walk in the snow), and drink your water!!
