Lazy Saturday

I had a plan to stick to my guns and stay on track... did I stick to it??? NOOO
Last night I don't know what was wrong I was starving, I had drank so much water I felt like a water bed..( you know huge and bloated!) anyways it did nothing for my starvation so I ate..Needless to say I went over my points I dipped into my flex points. So I should be OK. I need to try new recipes to get out of the rut I'm in.

Today I will stay on track. That is a promise I'm making to myself.

I plan on doing nothing today and tomorrow I have groceries and some running around to do . I will commit myself to using the treadmill tomorrow no matter what.
