Did you ever have the feeling you did not do so great? I'm pretty sure I did not loose this week. I'll see tomorrow!
I always say to myself, at least I'm not eating what I was a year ago. I mean you are talking to a fast food, chip and pop junkie!! Fast food was a daily thing if not more then once daily. Chips whole bags at a time. Pop I lost count how many I used to have a day.
I still eat out once and a while but I eat less when I go!
Chips I will buy baked if I really want some!
Pop, has not touched one since being on WW!
So if I keep telling myself I'm doing good as long as I don't return to my unhealthy habits, I will make it to the end!! I have to expect setbacks that is the way it goes.
I don't believe in depriving yourself and moderation is key. We are all human, we sometimes screw up. At one point you need to acknowledge what you did and move on. Being accountable!
I need to get ready for work. I will report on my WI (whether it's good or bad) tomorrow evening.
