It's been raining all day, it's actually getting worse it's really windy too.
I have been good today drank all my water and planned my meals. I hope to stay on plan for the week-end. I find the week so easy because of routine and work. I hope to get some walking in Saturday and Sunday if the weather can get better.
I have nothing to say because I'm not feeling so great. I have TOM and I think I might be starting a cold. I'm just gonna go relax and cuddle with my dogs!

Ooh, I hope the crappy cold feelings pass! They did for FH here..he thought he was getting sick and it passed, so here's hopin'
