I enjoyed a really quiet day at home today.
I am getting ready to get cleaning my place... I may have the boyfriend stay with me for a bit.
Here's a side note: 
He's a super clean freak.
I am not.
WOW!! This should be interesting.
I made a tasty side dish today.
Cut up really potatoes, mixed dry onion soup mix, italian and ranch dressing. Baked for 40 mins, take out and sprinkled bacon and cheese. Super yum!
I forgot to take a pic. Maybe next time
I am starting to put my own twist on recipes and that's a good sign that I am getting back to myself.
I am thinking about going away for the holidays. Feel bad for leaving my mom behind but her man's family will take good care of her.

Yikes! A super clean freak. That would be a deal breaker for me. I am not a super good housekeeper. Ok, not great.
Come to sunny and warm Arizona. Lots of fun things to do, plus I am here!
