I keep gaining followers and I must say I like it :)
Well happy to report I stuck to this week's goal... no eating out
I can't believe i made it.
I had warned the girls at work don't ask me to go out for lunch... they did twice but I resisted and I am so proud of myself.
That of course helped me stay on the wagon this week.
After a rather discouraging doctors' appointment a couple for weeks ago I realize I need to take care of me and get back to loving my life.
so after about 100$ worth of pills( let's not get into it) I feel like I need to take charge again...
small steps but I will get there :)
Today I went for a long walk in the hot sun. Not smart it was killer but I sweat my butt crack off.
Dusted off my old friend... my sneakers
Told this friend we were going to walk
Got myself walking ready... Notice my new headband from Lululemon*please note it's the only think I fit in at that store but I love it!*

Good for you not succumbing to the pressure of co-workers and eating out when you don't really want to. That can be hard sometimes.
