Tuesday

I am back on track for sure this time.
The scale has gone up way too high.
So back to eating right and get moving.



I went to play badminton with my best friend, her brother, and her husband. It was fun. Got a little sweat going.
I resisted the urge to have a after exercise snack...
Oh and I answered some questions on formspring if any of you want to read it.
Not too answers because some of the questions repeated themselves.
