I am so disappointed in myself.
Why do I sabotage myself every time I get so happy about where I am at. Too confident maybe??
I gained 2 lbs this week. That's pulls me out of the 125 lbs loss . I know what I did wrong I always know what I should not have done.
Back to working hard, no excuses.

That stinks.... but this'll put you back on track now. You'll be back to 125 before next week!
You can earn back that 2 lb. loss though. Instead of getting mad, get even! *laughs* Work that much harder to put the number on the scale that you want. :o )
don't be too tough on yourself. 2 lbs is not bad. it will only make you push harder next week.
You'll take that off quickly. Sounds like you know why it's there, so you'll know how to get it off.
