I sometimes wonder how to overcome some thoughts about getting closer to goal.
After loosing this much weight ( 111 lbs) I have some thoughts that I just can't seem to answer.
I need to let these out because I know some of you might understand where I am coming from.
-Will I ever learn to love exercise??
-Will I ever stop craving fast food and chips?? (which are my weakness)
- After loosing all my excess weight, will I gain some back?
- Loose skin.... SCARY
-After hitting goal will I be an inspiration to other people?
It's hard to predict the future but I must say for the first time in my life I do feel like I am on the right path.
Now if only I could find a man... LOL
I can't wait to get to my goal, I am still way off but slowly I will get there!
Having said all this I think maybe I gained this week because of some really bad choices on the week-end.Oh well I can say it would not be normal not to have some ups and downs.

Hey you are doing awesome. I know for me I do enjoy exercise as long as I am doing it consistantly if I take more than three days off though its tough to get that momentum back. As for the junk food... girl if you figure that out share the secret cause I still can get over some of my cravings. =)
I've been having the same sorts of thoughts, too :)
And I know you're just putting it out there, but I did want to say that I think you're already inspiring!
